Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional yoga practices often with the support of props such as folded blankets, blocks and bolsters to relax the body and reduce stress.
Somatic Yoga is a transformative practice that combines movement with mindfulness to unlock a profound sense of awareness and healing. It focuses on the internal experience of the body, emphasizing mindful sensations and intrinsic experiences. Usually performed while sitting or lying down. Each pose combines deep breathing with intuitive, slow movements.
Combining both Restorative and Somatic Yoga will give you a wonderful opportunity to release and let go!
No experience is needed, just the willingness to find peace within and share a beautiful evening.
